Paulius Vaitkevičius is an EU focused legal counsel with 7+ years of experience in corporate and regulatory compliance law.
Before founding VILP Solutions, he worked for a number 1 law firm in Baltics – Ellex.
He has advised a number of Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, as well as the largest funds such as IBM, Revolut, Quaero Capital (AUM €2.8B), Apollo Global Management (AUM €393B), Bite (Vodafone partner), Telia Company and many other world known names. Currently, he is focusing on fintech, blockchain and financial services industries helping Clients from 28+ countries in the most pressing situations.

We specialize in several jurisdictions: Lithuanian, Estonian, Swiss, and UAE.
At VILP Solutions, we do not take any Client onboard. The expertise of our team lies in the fields of financial services, e-commerce, contracts, and data protection. We tackle complex challenges for fast-changing industries including but not limited to the banking sector, blockchain, and Web3 ventures, personally investing in your success.
Contrary to most legal firms, we only take 2-3 Clients a month. Such a personalized approach gives you access to a dedicated Legal Counsel who works with you on a one-on-one basis. Our tailored legal services start from $4,500 and can range up to $20,000 depending on your unique needs.
We’re legal counsels – not magicians. While we utilize every legal instrument at our disposal to settle your legal matters, we do not guarantee a positive outcome. Despite the “no-guarantee policy,” we’re proud to have 95% of the cases handled by our team successfully solved.
We’re fluent in English and Lithuanian. If there is a need for a written document to be drafted in another language, we’re happy to employ a professional translator.
We agree on a unique timeline strictly based on your legal needs. Our minimum engagement period is 2 weeks with larger projects like license acquiring lasting for several months.
